Rubber bands are usually packed in polybags or boxes. The polybag is made of PP material because of its high strength. They may or may not have a printing on them. Some clients prefer to fix a sticker on the bags. The sticker or printed matter would usually indicate the logo of the buyer, quality and/or specifications of the rubber band, weight of rubber bands in that bag (contents) and the country of origin.
Production cost of each option (plain/printed/sticker) are different and plain polybags are the most cost effective.
Rubber bands packed in polybags also have the advantage that they take up less space and cause minimum wastage of space in the carton box or sack. This reduces the shipping costs as more quantity can be loaded into the container.
Once the rubber bands are weighed and filled into a polybag, the polybags are sealed. These are then packed either into a carton (box) or a PP sack. How many bags are packed into a carton or PP sack would depend on the individual requirement of the customer/buyer.
